WALL/SLAB SAWING WITH WALL SAW

Wall sawing is a specialized diamond-sawing method used to create precise openings in vertical or steeply sloped concrete, brick, and masonry structures.

Floor sawing is a diamond cutting method used to make straight, precise vertical cuts in horizontal, flat surfaces like concrete floors and slabs. Specialized electric sawing machines designed for indoor and outdoor projects generate zero carbon emissions and lower noise; a continuous water feed preserves air quality in confined or live environments.

WIRE SAWING

Wire sawing is a specialized demolition method used to cut through thick or heavily reinforced concrete structures. It uses a loop of multi-strand cable threaded with diamond beads that is continuously pulled through the material by an electric drive machine.

A diamond-embedded wire is threaded through the core holes.
Pulley system: The wire is connected to a series of guide pulleys and a drive machine.
Tension cutting: The machine pulls the wire continuously while maintaining constant tension.
Water cooling: Continuous water flow cools the diamond beads and suppresses hazardous dust.
Unlimited depth: Cuts through massive structures where traditional circular saws cannot reach.

PLUNGE WIRE SAWING

Plunge wire sawing is a highly specialized concrete cutting technique used when a structure is accessible from only one side. Traditional wire sawing requires wrapping a loop of diamond-embedded wire entirely around an object. In contrast, plunge wire sawing utilizes a specialized rig that pushes or drives a continuous diamond wire loop directly into blind materials to form deep, clean, or rebated openings.

CIRCULAR WIRE SAWING

Circular wire sawing is to cut large-diameter circular holes in concrete. Circular wire saw is a specialized rig used to cut large, precise circular openings in heavily reinforced concrete for a diameter up to 3.5m and thickness of 2m.

RING SAW CUTTING

A ring saw is a specialized concrete-cutting tool designed to make extra-deep cuts that standard circular saws cannot achieve. Because it is driven from its periphery rather than a central drive shaft, a 350mm blade can cut up to 300mm deep. Additionally, these saws require a constant water supply to cool the blade and suppress toxic silica dust.
